The Singapore eGovernment Consortium (SEGC) is an initiative based on the Infocom Development Authority's (IDA) Overseas Development Programme ODP) - a programme for Singapore's infocomm local enterprises (iLEs) to team up with leading infocomm multi-national corporations (MNCs) or major local enterprises, to develop overseas markets. 

With the focus to serve the South Asia market, SEGC aims to enhance the efficiency and transparency of eGovernment services by automating cumbersome processes. This enables decision-makers to analyse and improve planning. SEGC aspires to revolutionise the way government, citizens, and businesses communicate, transact and collaborate, thereby improving the countries’ economic competitiveness.
