The Singapore eGovernment Consortium (SEGC) is an initiative based on the IDA Overseas Development Programme (ODP) -  a partnership-driven programme that serves as a key platform for Singapore's infocomm local enterprises (iLEs) to team up with leading infocomm multi-national corporations (MNCs) or major local enterprises with established international presence, to tap into overseas markets beyond Singapore. 

Through SEGC, CrimsonLogic and its iLE partners will bring a comprehensive spectrum of innovative eGovernment practices to the governments, businesses and citizens in the South Asia markets. SEGC is made up of four private enterprise members from Singapore, namely CrimsonLogic (anchor company), Elixir Technology, Ditium Technologies and V3 Teletech.
